Safety Standards

1Our Commitment

RoJerbro ("the App"), operated by Me-Tech Solution Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"), is a community mobile application in which drivers share traffic alerts, road conditions, parking reports, and related information with nearby users. The App is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. We prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or exchange of any material that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children ("CSAE content") anywhere in the App, including in profiles, alerts, comments, messages, and photos.

2Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on RoJerbro:

• any image, video, drawing, or other depiction of a child that is sexual or sexually suggestive, or that is created, altered, or manipulated for sexual purposes;
• any text, link, or other content that promotes, advertises, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation;
• attempting to groom, solicit, or engage a child in sexual activity, or arranging to meet a child for sexual purposes;
• sexual extortion (sextortion) of any user, including of a minor;
• encouraging, inciting, or instructing others to commit any of the above.

This policy applies to content submitted by users, as well as to how users communicate with one another through the App's messaging and comment features.

3How We Protect Our Community

We operate a combination of automated and human safeguards:

• Automated screening — photos and text submitted through the App (for example, alert photos, vehicle photos, profile photos, alert descriptions, and comments) are screened by automated systems that flag content that may be abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise in breach of these standards for human review;
• Human review — flagged content is reviewed by our trained moderation team, which decides whether content should be removed and whether an account should be suspended or terminated;
• User reporting — every user can report another user directly from the App (the "Report" function), and every user can contact us through the in-App feedback feature or the contact form on this website;
• Record keeping — reports and flagged content are retained as evidence in accordance with our data-retention practices and applicable law.

These measures protect all users of the App, and children are never a target audience of RoJerbro's community features.

4How to Report

If you see or suspect content or behaviour involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, or any other abuse of a child, please report it to us immediately through any of the following channels:

• the in-App "Report" function on the user or content in question;
• the in-App feedback/contact feature;
• the contact form on this website.

You can report anonymously or identify yourself — your identity is protected and we will not disclose it outside the scope of our legal obligations. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) at 999 or your local police station first.

5What We Do When We Detect CSAE

When we become aware of content or conduct that violates these standards, we will:

• remove the offending content from the App as quickly as possible;
• permanently terminate the account(s) responsible, without warning, in cases of confirmed CSAE;
• preserve relevant records and evidence; and
• report the matter to the appropriate law-enforcement authority and cooperate fully with any investigation.

Our duty of care to children takes precedence over the interests of any individual user. We do not issue warnings or second chances for confirmed CSAE content or conduct.

6Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities, including the Royal Malaysia Police, in the prevention, detection, and investigation of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We respond to lawful requests for information, preserve evidence where we reasonably believe it is relevant to an investigation, and share information where required by applicable law. We also support efforts by child-protection organisations to prevent and combat abuse.

7Our Team and Processes

Moderation and trust-and-safety processes for the App are operated by Me-Tech Solution Sdn Bhd. Members of our moderation team are trained on identifying child sexual abuse and exploitation, on responding to reports sensitively and promptly, and on the legal obligations that apply in Malaysia. We review our standards and processes regularly to ensure they remain effective and aligned with applicable law and best practice.
