Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions drivers ask us most.
QIs RoJerbro available on both Android and iOS?
Yes — RoJerbro is free to download on both platforms. Android users can get it on Google Play and iOS users on the App Store.
QHow does RoJerbro keep me informed about my surroundings?
Drivers around you share real-time alerts — accidents, roadblocks, traffic jams, hazards, and weather — with photos and locations. The map and live feed show what's happening near you before you reach it.
QWhat can I do if my vehicle is blocked, or if I'm blocking someone else?
Use the double-parking feature: search the vehicle's plate number and, if its owner has registered the car with RoJerbro, they'll receive a notification that their vehicle is in the way. You can also send a quick message through the app.
QHow do I know an alert is trustworthy?
RoJerbro is a community platform — alerts come from drivers like you. You can comment on and react to alerts, and AI-assisted moderation screens text and photos for spam or inappropriate content. Still, always exercise your own judgement and rely on official sources for critical traffic or emergency information.
QCan I see alerts around my location?
Yes — alerts near you appear on the map and in a live feed, so you can spot issues before you reach them.
QAre the alerts I submit visible to everyone?
Alerts you submit — along with your nickname and avatar — are shown to other users on their map and feed. Comments and messages you send are visible to the people you send them to.
QCan I sign in with my Google account?
Yes — you can register and sign in with Google, or with your email and password.
QHow can AI help me report faster?
When you attach a photo to an alert or your vehicle, AI can suggest a description and category for you to review before submitting. It can also scan a vehicle's plate number in the double-parking flow, and translate messages between Malay and English.
